The Times | Beaconsfield Country Fayre | Truffles and Caviar
We’ve been blown away by your wonderful feedback on our newly renovated upstairs dining room, which we officially unveiled last month. You can see it in its full glory here.
We were delighted to have been listed as having one of the best al fresco dining spaces in the UK by the Times newspaper last weekend! We love our outside dining terrace and we're so pleased it has been recognised in this way! You can read the full article here Alfresco eating: the 11 best beer gardens in the UK | Weekend | The Times
It’s been such a pleasure to hear your positive reactions to the upstairs dining space and the gorgeous greyhound painting local artist Paul Bell created just for us – it even got a mention in the Bucks Free Press. We’d love to hear what you think when you’re next in.
Another new addition to the restaurant is our latest recruit Graham, who recently joined us as operations director to help us develop and grow the business. Graham is a skilled chef with 15 years’ experience, and during his career oversaw the opening of the London Design Museum restaurant and previously worked for chef Mark Hix, Angela Hartnett and Gordon Ramsay. You might recognise Graham, as he has actually been helping out in the kitchen for several months, and we’re delighted to have him join us full-time. Please join us in welcoming Graham to the Greyhound!
If you’re at the Beaconsfield Country Fayre on Monday 29 August, we’ll be opening a special bar with profits going to local charities. It’s taking place at Windsor End in Beaconsfield Old Town and there’s going to be plenty of fun for all the family – perfect for a summer’s day out.
We look forward to seeing you very soon.
