Triple whammy of promotions

Please join us in giving a huge congratulations to the not one but three team members who have deservedly been promoted this month.

Former demi chef de partie Sam Clyne – who you may remember passed his apprenticeship with flying colours this summer – has been promoted to the role of chef de partie.

Sam has been with us for more than two years, having joined us full-time after doing a work experience placement in the kitchen. 

Meanwhile Eve Carvell, who is doing an apprenticeship with us, and Nathan Moore, both previously commis chefs, have also both been promoted to the position of demi chef de partie.

Our teams’ development is so important to us and we’re so happy to be able to give these three a chance to expand their skills and knowledge in the kitchen.
