Travel lunch club | Rotary cheese tasting | Toby’s promotion
Many thanks to those of you who joined us for our latest travel lunch club, where as well as enjoying a fabulous three-course meal cooked by our chefs, everyone got to learn all about the history of Machu Picchu and the conservation of the ancient Peruvian citadel. Check out our Instagram to see what you missed!
Where next? You’ll have to wait and see... Keep your eyes on your inbox to be the first to find out, both our travel lunch clubs have sold out fast!
Lauren and Sam also went along to show our support for the Beaconsfield Rotary Club’s cheese and wine evening at Bekonscot Model Village, for which we supplied and served some lovely British cheeses. Proceeds from the event went to Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, a great cause we’re proud to have supported and thanks to the fantastic turnout, it’s been estimated that around £1,500 was raised.
And last but by no means least, please join us in wishing Toby a huge congratulations for his well-earned promotion from chef de partie to senior chef de partie! He previously worked at Tom Kerridge’s two-Michelin-starred Hand and Flowers and has now been with us for a year and a half.
We’re very proud of this young man. His passion and drive are infectious, and he has fast become a key part of the Greyhound family.
