Sam's apprenticeship | Garden tour | Awards of Excellence
We’re celebrating with Sam this month – please will you join us in congratulating him for not only passing his apprenticeship with flying colours but also for being promoted to demi chef de partie!
Sam has been with us for more than two years, initially joining after doing some work experience here with us in the kitchen. He has quickly become a valued member of the team and will be one to watch in the future!
And that's not all, a huge congratulations is also due to Rohit for having achieved the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts' Annual Award of Excellence, the most prestigious award available to young people in the hospitality industry! We're so incredibly proud of him and so happy that his skills and knowledge have received industry-wide recognition.
