We hope you are keeping well and looking forward to spring. We don’t want to speak too soon but it feels like the days are getting a little longer and we are enjoying some glimpses of sun!

It has been another busy month for the team as we continue to look at ways to develop and improve what we are doing for our guests.

This month we have actually been looking quite closely at our coffee offer and we are delighted to let you know that we will be working with Difference Coffee.

For those of you who are not aware of the company, these guys are actually one of the most premium coffee providers around and work with some of the world’s leading restaurants. We can’t wait for you to enjoy some.

We have also continued to roll out our Greyhound Hospitality Programme this month, with a visit to Holmer Green Senior School.

Daniel spent time talking to 200 students in an assembly, then also held a smaller session with a number of people who are keen to explore hospitality as a career.

We are thrilled with the response we’ve had so far and have actually invited a number of students in for work experience.

Our sector, despite what has happened over the past few years, really is one of the best in the UK and offers so many opportunities for people who are hungry to grow.
