Alumnus of the Year | Vinny and Ted | Inspiring women
We’re very proud to announce that co-owner Dan was recently named Alumnus of the Year by the Gold Service Scholarship, designed to support young front-of-house professionals and promote the hospitality industry. Dan was a finalist in the 2013 competition and was selected by the Team Gold alumni steering committee for his efforts to profile front-of-house and hospitality as a career of choice.

On top of this, we’ve also got a new partnership to reveal to you: some of you might know Vinny and Ted, an independent bottleshop and bar in Beaconsfield Old Town. Ever since we opened in Beaconsfield, we have been blown away by the wonderful neighbours we have. It’s not just our amazing guests but also the fantastic local businesses we work with.
We’re thrilled to announce that Vinny and Ted is now going to be stocking our Greyhound lager in the shop for you to buy and enjoy at home!

Meanwhile, Lauren and Margriet recently attended a networking lunch put on by The Caterer, bringing together inspiring women in the bar and restaurant sector to relax and connect over a three-course meal and discuss issues facing women in the workplace.

And finally, our festive lunch menu options are now online, including smoked salmon, a delicious four bird roast, roasted butternut, and baked Alaska with dark chocolate and cherry ice cream.
Don't forget we have gift vouchers available on our website which we happen to think are the perfect gift for a friend or family member this Christmas - we promise to make their experience extra special.
During the Christmas period, we’ll be open on Sunday 21 and Monday 22 December before closing 24-26 December. We will then be open from 27 December to and including New Year’s Eve before closing again 1-12 January, so reserve your table now to join the festive celebrations!
However, that does mean there's only one month left to enjoy our autumn lunch menu. We've got confit duck leg pierogi and guinea fowl breast with boudin blanc - book your table now to enjoy these fabulous seasonal dishes while you still can!
