Celebrating Our Team | Upcoming Wine Dinner | An Exciting Announcement!
Spring has arrived, bringing brighter days and a garden full of fresh herbs, tomatoes and nasturtiums that will soon be making their way onto your plate.
This month, we celebrated International Women’s Day, recognising the many talented women who play such an important role in our team.
We’re especially proud of Paris, who has completed her Level 2 Food & Beverage Apprenticeship with Distinction and has been promoted to Trainee Senior Waiter, a brilliant and well-deserved step forward in her career.
We’re also delighted to welcome Andrius back. Many of you will remember him from our early days, and we’re thrilled to have him return to the team.
