We hope you’ve been enjoying the summer holidays – it’s been a delight to see so many of you choosing to spend your time off visiting us, and to those of you who have been away, we can’t wait to welcome you back.

Speaking of which, we took our own team on a trip to Wiston Estate Winery in West Sussex to learn more about their world-class English sparkling wine, which we serve at the restaurant. The Goring family has cared for the estate since 1972 and are passionate about ensuring its communities, wildlife and land are left in even better health for the next generation.

We select our suppliers very carefully, choosing producers whose values align with ours, and Wiston Estate’s desire to be a place of hospitality and extend a welcome to all is absolutely the kind of ethos we follow at The Greyhound.
