Hat-trick of promotions

We want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support over the last 12 months.

It has been a fantastic year and we have loved being part of our local community and getting to know lots of new faces.

We have also had lots of proud moments – being included in the Michelin Guide; being named best newcomer in The Good Food Guide; winning a Muddy Stiletto for best restaurant in Bucks & Oxon; becoming Harden’s listed; and creating The Greyhound Hospitality Programme – to name a few.

It has also been great to see our team developing. We are proud to have promoted James, Andrius, and Tom to the roles of head chef, assistant manager, and head waiter, as well as appointing Chris as our pastry chef.

We are already planning lots of exciting things for the new year to make your experience even better, and look forward to sharing updates with you very soon.

Just a reminder that over Christmas and New Year, we will be closed from 19th-27th December, and from 2nd-17th January to give our team some well-deserved rest and allow them to spend time with their families.
