Daniel made MCA | Christmas Menu | Gift Vouchers

We’re so proud that Daniel was this month awarded the industry’s top accolade in being named a Master of Culinary Arts (MCA) after restaurant management and service – becoming one of 25 people to have ever achieved this in the UK.

Having worked so hard to prepare for the rigorous assessment process and demonstrate his technical skills and professional abilities to some of the hospitality industry’s leading lights, we couldn’t be prouder of him. Looking ahead, we’re so excited to launch our Christmas menu this week and chef James has been busy in the kitchen making the final touches to the menu. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

We’re particularly looking forward to the sweet treats we’re going to have on offer full of winter flavours: chilled rice pudding with mulled pear sorbet, warm mincemeat and frangipane cake with salted almond ice cream and – if you’re a cheese fan – we’ve got some beautiful Beauvale Blue on the menu.

Speaking of Christmas, we all know the best gift in the world is time, which is why we’re offering gift vouchers to buy over the phone and in the restaurant so that you can give your loved ones a luxurious lunch or pampered dinner experience this Christmas. Give yourself a treat to look forward to for the cold January days – we promise we’ll provide a cosy table while we spoil you with some delicious food.

During the Christmas period, please note that we’ll be closing on 24th December to give our hardworking team a well-earned rest so they’re recharged to welcome you back when we reopen on 27th December.
